Documentation Control

The fifth ArcSTOP step, Documentation Control, is critical to program success.

M.C. Dean, Inc., with its Infrastructure Maintenance Management System (IMMS), controls documentation processed by web enabled access and tracking. This is in parallel with existing manual control at the plant.

Internal audits and follow-up are scheduled a year in advance, and emails are sent out on a scheduled basis reminding you of upcoming refresher training sessions, reviews of arc flash (new electrical equipment installed) and other capabilities so that you can initiate service tickets for any switchgear related issues.
