6. Program Review and Update

A crucial piece of a sustainable AFLP program is ArcSTOP’s Program Review and Update. In this Step 6, we review your ArcSTOP experiences and activities during the previous period. This review is done quarterly or annually, depending on your facility and program.

The ArcSTOP review consists of:

< Inspection of the facility

< Documentation review

< Interviews with personnel, staff, and management

<  Review of documentation

<  Review of field inspection for accurate records, logs and electrical modifications

<  Delivery of comprehensive review report

On an annual basis, all maintenance records, interviews and system modifications are reviewed and records updated.

Based on this information, ArcSTOP’s Standard Operating Procedural (SOP) manual will be updated along with other records, equipment labels, PPE inventory, training and engineering drawings.
